I am a certified profesional life and wellness coach that specializes in helping women facing Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, obesity and infertility issues to live their most yummy life.  Together we blast away fears, make a solid plan for living a healthy life, work to overcome negative emotions that lead to self-sabotage and low self-esteem, create a better body image, and reprogram the mind to think in a more positive, productive fashion.  I emphasize a holistic approach that involves the mind, body and spirit.
