On returning from France, our intentions for T1ME are now threefold:

1. To be a worldwide Tribe of 1,000,000 entrepreneurs providing a community of  peers which supports and an academy of experts that accelerates you towards your Entrepreneurial Dream.

2. To be able to give back to the members every month 40-60% of their $10 sub in $10,000 cash prizes and other booty which will faciliate and speed the achievement of that dream.

3. To speak with the voice of that Tribe in our ezines, blogs, tweets and annual books, drawing to us the resources and recognition we feel is our due as we Entrepreneurs become a major healing factor in the global economy.

But as the month wears on, the plot thickens as you will read later.

The first weekend of May is a Bank Holiday in which we are “balanced” by Sunita's friend, Margaret, from New Zealand. I offer up the Abundance Shed as a venue for Margaret to practice her Mind Gym kinesiology  in individual sessions on Carole, Ntathu, Hazel, Sharon, me, Janet, Sara & Erika.   This was a rather magical way to begin May courtesy of Sunita.   There's that woman again!

We begin our weekly T1ME calls on Tuesdays and Yvonne is Mrs Strict who keeps us all to order. I speak to a contact of Marie's at Cambridge University who doesn't really get the project straight off the bat despite being an expert in Social Enterprise. But she doesnt put me off and I agree to get back to her on a regular basis and report progress.

I talk to Claire about heading up our Marketing team but it soon becomes clear that she doesnt have time to spend a lot of voluntary hours on this and before the month is out I am talking to other marketing experts, about which more later.

Sandra moves the servers to Liquid Web concerned that Go Daddy will not cope with demand. We get out our first weekly ezine, which Janet writes, and create our Affiliate Scheme.

Janet conjures up our Forum expert Sian and we go into bat with her about the size and shape of the ideal forum. We are fortunate that Sian has experience of working with one of our chosen and confirmed Experts, Tracy Repchuk, and this is deemed A Good Thing.   Oddly, I also picked Sian out of our list of our Entrepreneurial Dreamers without realising it was her, thinking her website sounded interesting enough for me to make her the subject of one of my early radio interviews.

18th May is A Bad Day.   Sandra moved JM.com's servers in the middle of last nightand I lose 12 hours' worth of emails – forever – until we realise what's going on.   This causes me a great deal of stress and has a knock-on effect on Bianca with whom I have to cancel a social meeting; she is grumpy with me and disappointed.

On 19th I speak to a Marketer I know who might like to get involved with the project and agree to meet him in London on 2nd June.

On 20th I talke to an Online Business Manager, as I am feeling rather swamped about everything which needs doing on the site, but as is so often the way with VA people in my experience to date, she over-eggs it by trying to tell me how to run my business as part of her pitch and that's never what I want.   I know how to run a business already and I just want someone to take some of this online stuff off me under my direction.   So I put that project on the back burner, for now.

Michael Neill agrees to be one of our Experts – woo hoo! – and we spend the month confirming all but four of our original Dream Team.   I speak to Ann Ross to explain to her what will be involved and she's excited to be working with me again, bless her. Clare Evans agrees to be our Time Management Expert which is great, since she wrote the book Time Management for Dummies.

I agree with Ben, my lawyer, that he will move his day each week with me from Mondays to Wednesdays.   This is great for two reasons. Not only will I be able to put my best, fresh energy each week on Mondays into what is now my most important project, but I have been able to ask for my own needs to be prioritised which is what Sunita's friend Margaret “balanced: me for at the beginning of the month.   Result!   Ben and I start our new routine in June, after he gets back from his holidays.   And that means my weekly meeting with Janet & Yvonne can be on Mondays, which Yvonne requests and prefers.

On 24th I send out an email to everyone I know asking if they would like to invest in the business on a non-recourse loan basis, which is the same as taking a bet on T1ME being successful.   It is gratifying that the first two people to take me up on the proposition are a friend I was at school with and have known since the Sixties, followed by another long-standing friend I met in the Seventies.   And hot on their heels, a handful of newer friends and clients.   If you would like to invest in T1ME, just let me know.

On 25th I postpone a virtual meeting with a potential Affiliate Manager, on the basis that its a bit premature as yet, but I wake up with a Universal Nudge to talk to a well-known Internet Marketer who I would dearly love to be one of our Super Affiliates. It had been my intention to get our list of member up to 1,000 or 2,000 before talking to Super Affiliates, but again I am just trusting and following the nudges.

And boy am I glad I did!   I travelled to meet him for a thrilling meeting in which he totally got my vision and asked how he could be involved, indeed how he could own part of the business.   We are talking.

What a way to end the month!   I had some results to share with The Creation Experiment.

But I've saved the best till last.   On 18th May, Sharon and I were talking in what turned out to be a midnight Skype call which lasted nearly three hours. During the course of that we decided to become a “bank”.   Of course, T1ME can't actually be a real bank and we wouldn't want to be, but we do want our 4th aim to become a source of funding for small businesses.

The plan at the end of May was that $1 out of each $10 sub would go into our “banking” pot.   That we would use orthodox banking to grow that pot (compounding) but lend it to our members using unorthodox banking methods. Sharon then proceeded to go to an event where she sat next to a woman who's partner “sets up banks” and we we have arranged to meet him during June.   Do you remember my earlier post about relinquishing ego-based control, and just drawing the right people to you?

That Sharon's a wizard at manifestation.   My manifestation cycle is three years and Sharon's is three days!

The brilliant thing about being to give grants and micro-finance and lend money to our members is that their loan applications would be decided by a panel of their peers, and if they don't yet have a lending proposition, all they need to do is pop back into the site and hang out a while longer with our panel of Experts and hey presto – they can come back and ask again when they are ready.

Lending to Entrepreneurs by Entrepreneurs!   T1ME takes on a whole new meaning.

When we were in France, Janet said she thought there was something “big” behind the project.   Once we decided to become the future of entrepreneurial lending, Janet decided this was part of what she had in mind.

Janet also brought Experts Joe Noonan and Jennifer Hough into our panel of Experts. We are so lucky to have them on board because they entirely get the vision.   We are looking forward to meeting them both again in June.

I'm very excited about our Fourth Deliverable; it's the icing on the cake.

I still desperately want to launch the new T1ME website by Easter, but that deadline comes and goes without achieving that result.

On 6th April I have a very useful consultation with Philip Stanley, the MinuteCoach, and he says I won't find it difficult to harness people to my vision.   He's proved right over the ensuing couple of months.   I draw up a document to send to people I want to attract to work with me. Initially my thoughts are that I want one of each of the 8 Wealth Profiles on the team of Head Office visionaries but I am soon encouraged to realise that we don't need all of them at the start.

I wake up one morning with a nudge to ask Yvonne Halling (Creator/Mechanic) to be involved and at approximately the same time the Universe nudges me to ask Janet Swift (Star) the same question. I cannot remember who came first, they are chicken and egg. I chat to both of them and we three agree to meet at Yvonne's house in Champagne for a full-on brainstorm on 21-23 April.   We hope that Marion Ryan (Star) will come with us but the Volcanic Ash cloud puts paid to that.

On 12th March I meet with Marie Taylor, she and I have agreed to do some co-coaching by now and we enjoy a cup of coffee first at the Cafe Nero next door to Alternatives before going to hear Michael Neill speak with some other lovely chums.   Michael embraces us all in one large group hug!   I have no idea then that later I will ask him to be one of the Experts on T1ME and he will say yes.

On 13th March, the fabulously stoic Jean Maund gets the T1ME video up on YouTube.   It's a difficult birth but we have our first video of my vision.   People complain its too long.   Sorry loves, brevity isn't one of my strengths.  Later we will give you the chance to see if you can do it better yourselves.   Ha!

14th March is A Big Day.

I begin the day with the long awaited visit from the FSA. And then I devote the rest of the day to my new life.

I have made up my mind that come hell or high water we will launch the website that night by 10 p.m., when I have to leave to fetch Nicola and her Mum and sister Lisa from her Mum's birthday treat (Russell Watson, God help us) at the Royal Albert Hall.   I have no recollection why I have volunteered to do this in the middle of what will become The Most Important Night of My Life, but there you go.   Life is always so much stranger than fiction.

I am wide awake during my chauffeuring duties which is good, as I have to return to the coalface that is my laptop and finish of various bits and bobs before it turns into The Longest Night of My Life.   It feels very strange getting it out there, but babies have to be delivered and born, that's all there is to it.   Its a beginning, that's all.   But its real now and we can start perfecting in according with feedback.

I ask lots of friends and colleagues to join and bless them, they do.   Its very exciting watching the counter on the home page tick one more Entrepreneur towards the million as each person joins.

One of them, Sunita, is our first paying client at $10 a month and she joins straight in at that level on 15th April, the day after launch.   Little does she know what a good decision that is as she goes on to be our first Mrs Lucky Winner in June!

On 21st April Janet and I set off for Champagne; it turns out to be the first day the planes are flying after that delightful, quiet, sunny week where the skies over London were blue and empty.   This is a bummer since Marion could, perhaps, have joined us after all.   The roads are quiet and Janet and I get on an earlier train that anticipate which means we rock up at Yvonne & Jiles' B & B an hour before lunchtime.   Fortunately they are home.

We enjoy a thrilling couple of days of croissants, al fresco sunshiny lunches, like-minded company and brainstorms. We spend the first afternoon getting to know one another. Although I know both Janet & Yvonne, I dont know Yvonne nearly so well and Yvonne and Janet do not know one another at all.   Yvonne tells us all about her return to France after four years in Manchester and we are soon drawn into their home and their family rhythms.   I fall in love with teenage Lucie's boyfriend who looks like Tom Cruise, speaks English with a French accent and does his best to be charming (and succeeds!) to a handful of middle-aged women over dinner.

We work hard all the second day, bashing through my vision notes.   Janet has a bit of a disaster from home with Susie, one of her beloved dogs, being very poorly but the family take care of it brilliantly and Susie pulls back from the brink. We play Cashflow on the second evening and I win, practising what I teach at my London games – FOCUS.   Insanely, we are drawing in the sorts of magnificent sums we have talked madly about during the afternoon – and in dollars too, just as we have planned.   My win seems like an excellent omen to me because I have spent so long teaching and now I am doing.

All too soon our visit is over and Janet and I set off for home.   All is smooth again on our return journey which is odd because if the papers were to be believed, the channel ports should have been rammed with people stuck in Europe without planes, all bumming a lift home.   The fact was considerably more dull but our three sunny days were uplifting and laughter fuelled, sharing goals with like-minded rolk.   We decide to meet weekly on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. UK time going forward on Skype.   Where would we be without Skype?

On 27th April I celebrate my 55th birthday with half a day off and on 30th April, at the monthly meeting of The Creation Experiment, I am able to announce that “ it's official, I am out of The Fertile Void”.   This is received with cheers, mostly mine I think!

Sandra invoices for 33 hours spent working on the T1ME website which, being a combination of Wordpress and Wishlist, we already know we will have to upgrade long before we reach 10,000 members, let alone one million.

In January, I was shocked and somewhat embarrassed that I could find £1500 a month to strip out of my budget, what with having spent five years as a Wealth Coach and all.  Needs must; slash and burn.   I miss the laundry most but almost nothing else.   Shocking.

In March things begin to look slightly jollier as my two-year fixed mortgage deal comes to an end and my mortgage drops from over £1200 pcm to somewhere in the £700 region.   Woo Hoo!

I finally embrace the garden office and move into it, re-naming it The Abundance Shed and so it is. Days spent down here are abundant, loving and productive.   Its full of light and its peaceful and I'm surrounded by all manner of nature, which mostly I don't comprehend and they repay the compliment. Visitors remark upon my good fortune and I know that to be true.

And now I have a project to keep me off the streets and away from iPlayer, The Million Entrepreneurs, and The Abundance Shed becomes our Global HQ!   I think about sign-writing it thus.

Sandra and I toil away at the website and I hope to launch by Easter but she has a cold which takes her out for a week and then a conference in Vancouver which takes her out for longer.   In the last year, she has married, then moved into their first home and they have three dogs, all of which conspire to keep Sandra in her own life and not sufficiently in my website for my impatient liking.   She's a trooper but its like pulling teeth sometimes.   Despite that, we manage to get the basic structure in place before the end of the month.   She has to – in her own words – “get her geek on”!

I learn patience.

I join Marion's Article Writing Bootcamp and manage to publish just one article after wresting control of my Ezine Articles profile back from someone I used to pay to write articles for me.   I have to ‘fess up to Marion that I signed on before inventing T1ME and now my focus is elsewhere, but I loyally make it to all six calls and Marion delivers and then some.

For my radio show I interview Tom Evans, the Bookwright, at the behest of Sue Blake his publicist, and find that he is a most extraordinary man so I extend the show from 15 to 30 minutes while he and I indulge a mutual love of Woo Woo.   He invites me as his guest to his workshop on 15th March which I accept with alactrity and he invites me to bring along three pals for the price of two, which I also do.   Sharon, Janet and Sara.   We have no idea at that time how prescient this day is, or how perfect it is that Janet & Sharon should take up the invitation to come too.

On 3rd March, Claire creates the T1ME Facebook page and on 10th March Marion creates the banner design.   Claire finds that image on DreamsTime which we all love, lots of little people holding hands around the world which is right on message.

On 17th March I draw an abundance of prizes in my super dooper JM.com list migration competition and hand them out to Dawn, Anne, Susan, Hanah, Doreen, Margaret, Lisa K, Beryl, Grace, Katie, Marina, Lisa J, Gillian, Karen, Heather, Olivia, Carole, Yvette & Christine.   Many are still to take up their prizes, having opted in.   Bizarre!   Just goes to show, people don't appear to want stuff for free?   Come to think of it, I don't much so no suprises that's what I manifest.   Or it could be that all my energy is drawn elsewhere.

On 17th March I have lunch with Jane Puckett, colleague and friend. Jane is an expert in Dreams.   The strapline of The Million Entrepreneurs is all about their dreams.   I ask Jane if she will be one of the T1ME experts and I take news of how one's dreams can be the divine and subconsious Sat Nav providing nightly guidance to TheCreationExperiment's March meeting and we agree to invite Jane as our guest at our Summer Party at my house in July.

On 3oth March, Marie and I have lunch with Sue Blake. Marie is thinking of writing another book and I just want to catch up with Tom's publicist. It seems somehow ”right” that 2010 is the year in which I should attract both a book coach and a publicist.  No idea why yet…yeah, right!

And on 31st March I take a call with Intuitive Coach Lynn Robinson courtesy of Marie Taylor again and Lynn, without knowing anything about TheMillionEntrereneurs opens the call with how she knows I am called to a Big Mission and we then happily spend an hour talking about just that.

And I manage to bash out a Word document which outlines my vision for my Social Enterprise.

But I'm still not out of The Fertile Void, although many magical manifestations have begun in the unseen.

One thing you discover when you are bereaved is that – unbelievably – the sun goes on rising and setting.

And so it is in The Fertile Void.   Sunrise. Sunset. Sunrise. Sunset.  Day after day.   I start to get back into TV courtesy of BBC iplayer. Not a good thing.   Its all very relaxing and enjoyable but it sucks all the creativity out of me and actually I often end up resentful.   And I even got sucked into stuff I love too – 24, Grey's Anatomy, The Good Wife, Glee, QI, Jonathan Ross, Over the Rainbow and BGT.   Thank Goodness most of its over now.   What a drain!   Now I remember why I got rid of the telly originally.

During January and February I work on an authentic marketing re-brand of JudithMorgan.com with Claire Raikes. Together with Sandra we create an Inner Circle, migrate my email list from Just Add Content (JAC) over to AWeber, lose 500 of my readers in the process who never make the switch, launch a really juicy competition to tempt them to double opt-in, invent the Better Business Brigade and launch it, sell a series of Cashflow games, create Goals Groups and Shed Sessions in the Abundance Shed as it is now known and tweak and twist that website and that business ad nauseam.   But it's still not right, its not what I want to do in so many ways.   And yet it is.

I was unable to get the email signature Claire created for me ever to work, even with Sandra's help and I lose the heart for blogging and Twittering.   I have nothing to communicate, my creative well has run dry.   But I am beginning to be a bit of a Drama Queen now actually and, fortunately, part of me knows this is only temporary.

Although I love, love, love my clients, business coaching and mentoring is something I can do and shall continue to do all my life but it isn't in my flow.   According to my Wealth Profile, I am a Creator and I must create to live, to breathe, to excel.   I know this with every fibre of my being but during January and February my mojo went gone walkabout as I dealt with my own emotional loss and loosened my attachments to the aforementioned dominoes and tried to reinvent myself as a business woman and entrepreneur.

I am fortunate that during this time I drew to me some people in my Cashflow posse who I love spending time with once a month in the Abundance Shed – put to good and creative use at last with Sonja, Peter, Matthew, Sara, Amanda & Antonietta.   Nice attraction principles at play there.

And some gorgeous new clients snap up the offer of the Better Business Brigade – Ntathu, Fee, Antonietta & MaryAnn to name but a few, recognising it for the stonking bargain it is, one even pays a year's fees in advance for a deep discount.

And some others who find me direct, both via Facebook bizarrely – Paul & Christopher who this week telephoned me to tell me he had got married and it was all “my fault”!   I love that.

And lease options people beging to show up too.

Joys, all of them.   I am a lucky woman indeed and thus the income starts the trickle back towards me, doing work I love.

I snoop around LifeUK and get on board in a desultory way; its a brilliant idea but I didnt create it so ultimately it will never satisfy me.

My youngest nephew has his 18th birthday party, my old friend Lorna comes from Italy back to live near me, my brother and sister-in-law move house – as I said, life goes on.   DON'T THEY KNOW I'M IN THE FERTILE VOID???

Marie and I go to see the Angels Lady, Lorna Byrne at Alternatives.

And Bianca and Niki and I drive to Hatfield, to Annie's house, for the Browniefest that is an evening with Joe Noonan and Jennifer Hough.   We meet up with loads of fab chums: Diane, Donna, Matthew, Daniela, Janet, Sarah and Sunita to name but a few.   We are so discombobulated by the special brand of Noonan-Hough magic, that we inadvertently drive NORTH on the M1 on the way home.

At this time I remember working through two to three distinct personal development exercises, one with Frank Kern who Yvonne put me in touch with, one exercise which Bianca made me do and another, I forget which now.   I think it was the combination of the three of those exercises, the dark days at the end of my own personal winter of discontent which made me, one day, put pen to paper and write down what I really wanted in my life.

I should say that pen to paper is metaphorical for keys to keyboard, but here was the end result:

What Do I Want?

PEACE and time to COMMUNICATE well in written and spoken word.

  • Total Debt Freedom including tax, credit cards, loans, HSBC and Egg = £140,000
  • Plus Mortgages paid off too – £800,000 approx
  • Financial Integrity at £3,000 pcm residual/passive/blogging/club
  • Time to read and write – 3 months in the Caribbean whenever I want
  • Radio Show
  • TRIBE- One Million Entrepreneurs
  • Eat Pure, Live well, great gums!
  • Tax Freedom

I realised in writing this down that I was sick to death of serving about a thousand entrepreneurs, and I wanted to serve a much bigger group – about a million of them, Beloveds that they all are to me.

Sadly I can't find the date I wrote this document but I know it was during February 2010 because it led me swiftly and directly thereafter to my Social Enterprise, TheMillionEntrepreneurs, the URL for which I formed on 25th February.

Marion helped me with the idea of connecting with the Entrepreneurs via their Dreams, and gave me the final URL.

Steve helped me find the model of a website which just listed comments as its Home page.

And Sandra took on the project and made it so over the next couple of months.

Ta Da!   I'm not yet out of The Fertive Void but there is light at the end of the tunnel.   30th October 2009 to 25th February 2010, the longest, darkest period of my adult life in peace and darkness and confusion and uncertainty. But now at last I have something new on which to hang my Creator's hat.

And, by golly, its B E A U T I F U L.

Again, I am thankful and excited and motivated and inspired.   Now all I have to do is draw to me the teams of magic people who will help me bring my new baby into the world.
